VIP Bin Cleaning continues redevelopment and expansion of business in South Africa
Khosi Dhlamini and Jean Retief.
VIP are pleased to announce details of the most recent franchisee to join the company. Khosi Dhlamini has been awarded the VIP Randburg franchise and the new business will be launched in January 2012.
Khosi already has an existing domestic and gardening cleaning business and she decided she wanted to expand the services she offered and identified bin cleaning as a service she would like to introduce.
Whilst researching bin cleaning on the internet Khosi soon identified the VIP system and business to be the most professional. The strong branding and well developed business methodology were some of the features of the franchise that attracted her most.

Longest-serving franchisee visits VIP in UK
Daniel Browne (left) UK Network Support Manager, discusses general management and planning with
Jean Retief (VIP Bin Cleaning SA, Alberton).
In September 2011 VIP Bin Cleaning took the decision of inviting Jean Retief (VIP Franchisee, Alberton), the longest-serving South African VIP franchisee, who has been with the company since 2006, to visit the UK for an intensive two-week training programme.
The trip was designed to show Jean the improvements that the company has introduced to its UK network including general management, operations and marketing. Jean commented: “The two weeks I spent in the UK was a real eye opener for me and I identified many new ways of developing my business – there are many similarities between the two countries and it will be very easy for me to introduce these new systems into my business in South Africa. I really enjoyed my time in the UK and I think the whole experience will make it invaluable to my business.” More >
